E. F. MOORE AND COMPANY was founded in October 1977 for the purpose of developing commercial shopping centers throughout California. The founder and owner is Edwin F. Moore. Since then, Mr. Moore has developed over thirty neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout California totaling three (3) million square feet.

The company is actively working on new projects, and offers a full line of development services including entitlement processing, site acquisition, leasing, financing, construction management and property management.

E. F. Moore and Company is a licensed California real estate broker and has broker partners with offices in Pismo Beach for work on the Central Coast and Woodland Hills for their work in the San Fernando Valley.
