E. F. (Ted) Moore

E. F. MOORE & COMPANY was founded in October 1977 for the purpose of developing commercial shopping centers throughout California. The founder and owner is Edwin F. (Ted) Moore. Since then, Mr. Moore has developed over thirty neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout California totaling three (3) million square feet with a valuation of over $200 million.

The company is actively working on new projects and offers a full line of development services including consulting, entitlement processing, site acquisition, leasing, financing, construction management and property management.

Edwin F. Moore and E. F. Moore & Company are both licensed as a California real estate broker.

Mr. Moore has always had expanded business interests. About 10 years ago, Ted co-founded Simpliphi Power, which is a battery/energy storage company that now has international distribution. And three years ago, Ted co-founded Primary Water Resources, LLC that works with communities and water districts to locate and develop new water resources.

REAL ESTATE

Primary Water Resources (“PWR”) has created new detection methods to identify previously unknown groundwater resources, and is actively working with communities and water districts to help them move towards water sustainability. Our team includes expertise in business, real estate development, water law, engineering, hydrogeology and water technology development. Additionally, we’ve developed a suite of prototype devices for water filtration and contaminant detection as part of our effort to find better and less expensive ways to clean contaminated water.

PWR has recently started working with Simpliphi to develop different battery storage/solar models not only to lower energy costs, but to allow certain energy uses, such as the cost to pump water from wells, to be off-grid.
