F. Moore has in-depth, extensive knowledge and an
all-inclusive background in every phase of real estate development
and leasing of shopping centers. Ted's career started in 1965 as a broker for Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles. Four years later Ted became
West Coast Real Estate Manager for Vornado (Builders Emporium).
Ted's career in the real estate area continued as he worked for three developers in 1977.
Ted's proven track record in real estate and as an effective
negotiator with land owners, major tenants, neighborhood groups
and governmental bodies has led him to the creation and completion
of many successful projects.
Ted is an active member and contributor in the Ojai community where he lives and where his headquarters are located. Ted mainly focuses on education and performing arts non- profit organizations.
Dennis Mitchem has been involved in the design, entitlement and construction of residential and commercial projects since 1978. Dennis earned a degree in business from Colorado College and worked as a carpenter during college.
In the 1980’s Dennis worked as a Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager and becoming the Vice President of Development and Construction for a home builder and then a land developer in Arizona.
In 1989 Dennis and his family moved to Ojai Ca. where he was the Vice President of Development and Construction for the Ken Jones Co. He then worked as the VP of Acquisition and Development for Morrison Homes.
From 2003 thru 2006 Dennis designed and built master planned communities in Phoenix AZ returning to California to work with the EF Moore Company. Dennis has extensive experience processing entitlements and building projects in Los Angeles, Ventura, San Luis Obispo and Monterey Counties.
Dennis is an affordable housing advocate serving as an officer of the Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation. He is a backpacker, hiker, river runner, gardener, fly fisherman and mosaic artist.
George Nicol has a real estate sales license and has been a successful real estate investor for over a decade. He has since expanded his involvement to include project and asset management. He is responsible for creating and managing E. F. Moore & Company’s ongoing commitment to the environment by ensuring that company owned projects are environmentally accountable and responsible.
George is a family man and has a variety of athletic hobbies.
Michelle Harris is a licensed real estate agent and has been involved in property management and commercial leasing and sales for over twenty years. Michelle began her interest in real estate, managing a real estate/bankruptcy law office in Encino, Calif.
In the 1980’s, Michelle worked at a commercial real estate company in Westlake Village, focusing on leasing office buildings and retail centers. She went on to manage Grand Tower, a 233 unit luxury high-rise mixed-use property on Bunker Hill in Los Angeles. In 1993 she returned to Agoura Hills for a slower-paced lifestyle, which gave her more time to focus on her children.
From 1993 - 2001 Michelle worked with J.G. Management Co., Inc., assisting the President with leasing activity and the day-to-day property management of a variety of real estate that included office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, hotels, and marinas throughout the US, valued in excess of $360 million.
